What are your payment terms?

A non-refundable booking deposit is due at the time of booking. Please note that no event is considered confirmed until deposit has been received.

The remaining balance will be invoiced upon confirmation of numbers 7 working days prior to the function and full payment of the function is required prior to the event date. Any additional charges will be invoiced after the event.


Menus, final numbers, and dietary requirements are to be confirmed 7 days prior to the event. If the final numbers decrease after confirmation has been made you will be charged at your confirmed numbers.

Will the meals have enough protein for meat-eaters?

Yes. Izzy has a background in plant-based nutrition and ensures all meals are nutritionally balanced. For specific requirements please contact us.

Do you cater for weddings?

Yes. Please note that for weddings we require at least 60 days notice.

Do you have a customer referral program?

Yes. Refer Brassica catering to a friend and you get 15%off your next booking.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes. We cater for any dietary requirements, including a fully raw menu upon request. Please send a list of dietary requirements no later than 7 days prior to the event.


Please note, although all care is taken by Brassica to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot 100% guarantee that there won't be any traces. Brassica will not accept responsibility or liability for an adverse reaction to our any of our food by any guest.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Absolutely! Please contact us and tell us about your gift idea, and we will create a digital gift certificate.

Do you travel interstate and overseas?

Yes. However, please note that if interstate or overseas travel is required, flights and accommodation will be at your expense.

Can you talk about nutrition at our event/retreat?

Of course! However, please see your doctor or health professional if you have a condition that you seek help with or have any concerns.
