Hey there! I'm Izzy (right), Founder and Creative Director of Brassica. I became a professional chef after adopting a plant-based diet. Growing up in the mountains in Italy, my mother always made everything from scratch. I have lived in Italy, England, Ireland and Australia, and have traveled extensively before settling in Melbourne. I draw inspiration from my background and travels, but it is always the love for food, creativity and nutrition that is behind every creation.
Wyinta (left), co-founder and Head of Operations, cooked in restaurants around Australia for 8 years before transitioning to a plant-based diet. Since then, she has expanded her culinary skills to approach new foods and techniques and excels at combining traditional cooking with plant-based ingredients.
Together, we are a powerhouse ready to spread the love of plants far and wide. Sustainability, nutrition and love for animals are at the heart of our cooking, we constantly strive for the best and stay at the forefront of plant-based innovation.
